No questions asked. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. No reasons needed, no forms, no interrogation. We'd just love to know what went wrong, if you don't mind sharing, so we can keep serving you better.

The promise

Request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery. WhatsApp us at +91 83750 55078 or email bossbellaclothing@gmail.com with your order number.

Exchanges are free. We arrange the pickup from your address.

Refunds

Prepaid orders: Refunds go back to your original payment method and are credited within 10 working days from the day of pickup.

Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are issued as BossBella store credit, which you can use on any future purchase at bossbella.in. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The basics

Items should be unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your size is out of stock, you'll be refunded as per the terms above.
