Founder’s Note

I’m Shweta Rai , founder of Boss Bella.

As a consultant with over three years at Accenture, and an alumna of IIM Calcutta and NIT Allahabad, I’ve spent years in fast-paced, high-pressure professional spaces. And in all those rooms, I saw a gap—not in talent, but in how workwear represented the women in them.

During my MBA at IIM Calcutta, I launched Sartoria- the first pan-IIM fashion club with the vision to boost confidence via style. With Boss Bella, that vision has grown into a brand: one that makes women feel confident while being feminine and stylish.

We’re not just tailoring outfits—we’re reshaping the narrative, One rose-tinted power suit at a time.
