At Boss Bella, we believe every woman deserves to feel powerful and confident in what she wears. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right.
Deliver: We deliver your favourite Boss-attires within 2-5days
Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Items must be requested for return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unscented and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

We offer exchange or store credit only.

Sale items or discounted purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include your Order Number, item details, and reason for return or exchange. -
Once approved, the product will be picked up. For exchange, there are no extra charges, but for returns, shipping charges are borne by the customer,

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the exchanged item or issue store credit (valid for 3 months).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, else we give you store credit.
