Return & Exchange Policy

No questions asked. If something isn't right, we'll fix it - no reasons needed, no forms, no interrogation. We would just request you to tell us what's wrong, if yuo don't mind, so that we may improve towards serving you better!!

The promise

  • Request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery — WhatsApp us at +91 83750 55078 or email bossbellaclothing@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Exchanges are free. We arrange the pickup from your address.
  • Returns get a full refund to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us.

The basics

  • Items should be unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability - if your size is gone, we refund you in full.
