Founder’s Note

I’m Shweta Rai , founder of Boss Bella.

As a consultant with over three years at Accenture, and an alumna of IIM Calcutta and NIT Allahabad, I’ve spent years in fast-paced, high-pressure professional spaces. And in all those rooms, I saw a gap—not in talent, but in how workwear represented the women in them.

That’s where Boss Bella began.

Back at IIM Calcutta, I launched Sartoria—the first fashion club across all IIMs—because I believed style could be a serious strength. With Boss Bella, that belief has grown into a brand: one that makes women feel strong, seen, and self-assured in what they wear.

We’re not just tailoring outfits—we’re *reshaping the narrative*. One rose-tinted power suit at a time.
